The ​Wisconsin State Patrol Academy​ prov​ides diverse training for State Patrol personnel, federal and local law enforcement officers, and state employees. The facility is used by other agencies for training programs as well. The Academy is located on 50 acres of the Fort McCoy Military Installation and is accessed from Highway 21 between the cities of Sparta and Tomah, Wisconsin.​​​​​
